What Do We Do?
We provide a day-by-day training program to follow in your gym that will get you in the best possible shape for the cricket season.
Think of it as your own cricket strength and conditioning coach.
Going to the gym without a guided, periodised plan may leave some stones unturned and diminish your progress not only in the gym but also on the cricket pitch.
Having an in-person personal trainer would be amazing, but unless you’re willing to pay for 4-5 sessions a week, you may not be doing enough to see any real progress.
As well as having a plan for every day, you’ll have me to contact to answer any questions you have. Without having to travel to me or book me in.
What Do You Get?
A training programme with 5 sessions every week for 12 weeks. With the goal of getting you strong.
Each week, you’ll get 4 strength sessions and 1 conditioning session to keep on top of that fitness
Full exercise demonstration videos.
Nutrition guides on gaining weight and a guide for losing a bit of fat.
You’ll also have me on hand to answer any questions you might have with your training.
The full training programme will cost £40 for the 12 weeks of training.
£3.33 a week.
