This is why, with every programme you purchase at Proteus, you will receive a guide for your nutrition whether your goal is to lose or gain weight. EVERYONE has been in the situation of going into the gym for the first time and having that voice in your head questioning whether you’re doing anything correctly and everyone is looking at you wondering why you are there. For me, having someone with you to ask questions and give you tips on your technique is key to making you feel comfortable in the gym. We realise that not everyone has this, so we have an email support line where you can send messages about our programmes or any questions regarding your technique so that you can make as much progress in the gym as possible.

All of our programmes are provided to you through the Fitr app. This allows us to provide you with your day-by-day training schedule with coaches notes, movement videos and daily leaderboards.

You will be able to note down your performances every day to keep track of your progress throughout the programme.
